This split-type MIG500 heavy-duty welder is specially developed for thick plate welding in heavy industry, adopting next-generation silicon carbide power inverter modules. Compared with traditional IGBT models, it generates less heat and delivers significantly higher energy efficiency, perfectly fitting the welding needs of engineering machinery, heavy steel frames, thick-walled pipelines and other heavy workpieces.
It integrates two core welding functions: MIG gas shielded welding and MMA manual stick welding, which can flexibly meet the diversified welding demands of different metal materials and workpiece thicknesses, and output stable and strong welding performance in both modes to easily cope with various thick plate welding operations.
The split host with external wire feeder design eliminates power loss during long-distance welding, suitable for construction of extra-large heavy workpieces.
